Our mission in the research office is to create a nurturing research environment where we identify promising opportunities and support pioneering research ideas. The research office is the hub for connecting our researchers to external funding agencies, as well as to ensure implementing the global academic standards and values. We value the highly collaborative and interdisciplinary nature of modern research efforts and therefore aim to provide a highly dynamic environment to support and facilitate the efforts of Zewail City’s researchers.

Funding Opportunity
The research office identifies and disseminates potential funding opportunities, promotes the ethical and responsible conduct of research, ensures compliance with regulatory requirements related to research activities, supports submission of proposals, ensures adherence to governmental and funding agency regulations, follows up on technical and financial reporting of research projects, and promotes the responsible use and sharing of research data. The office also updates and circulates research policies and news, drafts memorandums of understanding, and academic agreements with other institutions to promote interdisciplinary and international collaborations with potential partners.
