Performance Analysis of Heat Exchanger Reactor
Dr. Mahmoud Moharam, an assistant professor in the environmental engineering program, published a new article in "Chemical Engineering Research and Design".
The article investigated mass transfer in heat exchanger stirred reactors and compared its performance with existing ones. This reactor was found to be more cost-effective than existing configurations.
The results of this study can be used for designing catalytic heat exchanger reactors for reactions involving heat-sensitive materials.
